I have stopped teaching my Sacred Sunday class in Oxford but I will be regularly
teaching workshops throughout the year. I am offering 3 one day
workshops on 3 Sundays throughout autumn and winter at Wytham Village Hall.

I have been dancing 5 Rhythms for nearly 20 years and Jess's class in Oxford is my favourite out of the many classes that I have attended over the years. Jessica’s movement classes are better than any drug prescription!  For me they are essential physical, mental, emotional and social maintenance.
