Class Information for 2026

My Sunday morning monthly classes will start again on February 8th and
will be the second Sunday of the month instead of the 3rd. 

My Sisterhood women's classes will begin March 21st and will be slightly later from 6.30-9pm

I am beginning a closed group on Mondays from January 12th that will run for 8 weeks at a time.
This first one is full. Please let me know if you'd like me to add you to the waiting
list for the next closed group which will begin 30th March

I have been dancing 5 Rhythms for nearly 20 years and Jess's class in Oxford is my favourite out of the many classes that I have attended over the years. Jessica's groups are the highlight of my week. With her excellent facilitation skills I can move through all the week's issues in my own way and I step back into the world calmer, more resilient and hopeful.

Jessica’s movement classes are better than any drug prescription!  For me they are essential physical, mental, emotional and social maintenance.
